Wildlife Tax Valuation There are increased opportunities for land owners to qualify their land for tax incentives based on their land's Agricultural Tax Valuation.  Land owners with an interest and desire to manage their land for wildlife purposes can convert all or part of their Ag Valuation into a Wildlife Tax Valuation. Our Wildlife Biologist can assist you with writing and developing your Wildlife Management Plan to file with your local Tax Appraisal District.  Wildlife Management Plans will follow the Texas Property Tax guidelines for qualification of Agricultural Land in Wildlife Management use, as mandated by state law.
